All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by the customer before work begins. Descriptions of services on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
Free estimates are provided at no obligation to the customer. All estimates are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the estimate. Changes to scope, unforeseen site conditions, or material price changes may result in adjustments to the quoted price.
A written proposal or quote will be provided before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope of work during the project will be discussed with the customer and documented in writing prior to additional charges being applied.
Project scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any scheduling changes promptly.
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project should notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials and labor already incurred.
Superior Waxahachie Concrete reserves the right to cancel or reschedule projects due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside our control, without liability to the customer.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment methods specified at the time of the agreement.
Late payments may be subject to a service charge. Customers with outstanding balances may not be eligible for future services until the balance is resolved. In the event of non-payment, Superior Waxahachie Concrete reserves the right to pursue collection through all legally available means.
Superior Waxahachie Concrete stands behind the quality of its work. Any warranty on workmanship will be specified in the written project agreement. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by improper use, external forces, soil movement, weather events, or failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion.
Material warranties, where applicable, are subject to the terms of the manufacturer or supplier and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We make no additional representations beyond those stated in the project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Superior Waxahachie Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Site or from the performance of services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any customer, for any reason, shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
